Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time

Because we work with trusted overseas suppliers to bring you great prices, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location, once your order ships. We know that's longer than next-day delivery — we think the savings are worth it, and we keep you updated the whole way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free home delivery for all of our customers as a gesture of purchasing with us.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.
